Suceava Romania

These webcams are from Suceava, a city in the north-east of Romania, located approximately 45 kilometers from the border with Ukraine. It has almost 85,000 inhabitants and is a city full of history. The historical center of Suceava was largely demolished in the 1960s of the twentieth century, within the systematic process of the communist period. However, some buildings have survived to this day and have the status of historic monuments. The Royal Inn (in which we find the Ethnographic Museum and represents the oldest civic building that has been completely preserved in Suceava), the Museum of Natural Sciences, the Museum of Bukovina (with the history and art sections), the “Ciprian Porumbescu” Art College, the College National “Stefan cel Mare”.

Suceava Romania webcams

Even though we have here a city with 85,000 inhabitants, the webcams do not capture a very active pedestrian activity because the majority of Romanian citizens are out of the country because of the widespread corruption in Romania. Romania also has the most corrupt political class in Europe.
